Who we are
Plot is operated by Alexander Jakub Moravčík
Registered address: Pionierska 338/20, Šaľa, 92701, Slovakia
Registration: Private individual — not registered as a business; no IČO. These terms form the agreement between that operator and you when you use Plot. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and recovery code safe. You must be at least 16. When you create an account, open a demo, join as a guest or convert a guest session, Plot records the date and version of the Terms you accepted and the Privacy Policy presented to you. Do not share an account in a way that misrepresents who is acting, and tell us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use Plot for lawful trip planning and related collaboration. Do not infringe another person's rights, upload malware or unlawful content, attempt to access another trip without permission, probe or overload the service, evade security controls, scrape the service, or use it to harass or endanger anyone. Trip content is visible to its members, so invite only people with whom you intend to share it.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You grant Plot a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service for you and your trip members. You are responsible for having the right to upload and share it.
Product keys, planned paid access and renewals
This build does not process in-app card payments and does not start automatic subscriptions or renewals. Access may be included in the current service configuration or unlocked with a valid product key. A redeemed key is attached to the account and may be revoked for fraud, abuse, refund or chargeback connected with the original sale. Plot's planned public prices may be shown for transparency, but no payment is taken inside Plot until a checkout service is actually launched. Before any future purchase, the total price, included access, duration, renewal status, cancellation and refund terms will be shown for confirmation.
Availability and changes
Plot is provided on an 'as available' basis. We may fix, change, suspend or discontinue features, but we will not knowingly take away already-purchased access without a lawful reason or an appropriate remedy. Internet, browser, map, weather, email and storage providers can fail, so uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Maps, weather and third-party services
Maps, place search and weather use Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Third-party data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on Plot for emergency navigation, border requirements, safety-critical decisions, opening hours or confirmed bookings; verify important information with the responsible provider. Required attributions must not be removed.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account in Account settings. Sole-member trips are deleted. Shared trip content remains for the other members; where financial records require continuity, login credentials and direct account identifiers are removed and your roster entry is shown as 'Former traveller' while an internal identifier preserves historical financial attribution. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow an appeal unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Plot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, decisions based on inaccurate third-party information, or loss caused by matters outside reasonable control. You remain responsible for travel decisions, bookings, payments and compliance with applicable law.
Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes fall under the competent courts determined by applicable law; this clause does not remove any mandatory right to use another competent court or consumer remedy.
Changes
Material changes will be explained before they take effect. Where applicable law requires fresh affirmative acceptance, Plot will ask for it. Otherwise, continued use after the notified effective date means the revised terms apply from that date. A change cannot retroactively alter a completed purchase without a lawful basis.
